Eligibility - Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery - Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached - Final sale items (marked "non-returnable") are not eligible for returns How to Return 1. Initiate your return through our Returns Portal 2. Print the prepaid return label included in your original shipment 3. Package items securely in the original packaging 4. Drop off at any authorized carrier location For international returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs Refund Process - Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return - Original shipping fees are non-refundable - For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once the return is received Damaged/Defective Items Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery for fast replacement of any defective merchandise.
